Description of Service

Jubbly is an online marketplace that connects independent artists with collectors. We provide a platform for artists to sell original artwork and for collectors to discover and purchase unique pieces.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• You may not share your account credentials with others

Artist Responsibilities

Listing Artwork

• All artwork must be original and created by you
• You must accurately describe your artwork
• You must own or have rights to sell the artwork
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Sales

• You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• You must package and ship artwork securely
• You must respond to customer inquiries promptly

Buyer Responsibilities

Purchases

• You are responsible for reviewing artwork descriptions and images before purchasing
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy
• You must provide accurate shipping information

Payment

• Payment must be made through our secure payment system
• Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees

Intellectual Property

Artist Rights

Artists retain all rights to their original artwork. By listing on Jubbly, artists grant Jubbly a license to display and promote their artwork on our platform.

Platform Rights

All content on the Jubbly platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by Jubbly and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised artwork
• Misrepresent yourself or your artwork
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass or abuse other users

Fees and Payments

Artist Fees

• Jubbly charges a commission on sales (details provided to artists)
• Payment processing fees may apply

Buyer Fees

• Buyers pay the listed price plus shipping costs
• No additional fees unless otherwise stated

Disputes

Resolution Process

• We encourage direct communication between buyers and sellers
• Jubbly may mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so
• Our decisions are final

Limitation of Liability

Jubbly is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of artwork sold
• The accuracy of artist descriptions
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Shipping delays or damages

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
