Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our returns policy.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Artwork must be in original condition and packaging
  • Custom or commissioned pieces may not be eligible for return

How to Return

  1. Log into your account and go to "Orders"
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
  4. You'll receive a return shipping label via email
  5. Package the item securely and ship it back

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order for the piece you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong artwork:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom commissions
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days
