Return Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Artwork must be in original condition and packaging
- Custom or commissioned pieces may not be eligible for return
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to "Orders"
- Select the order you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
- You'll receive a return shipping label via email
- Package the item securely and ship it back
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order for the piece you prefer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong artwork:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the issue
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Custom commissions
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days
